About the Role:
This role will be responsible for owning and maturing Logistics Process
Improvement practices for the company. This role requires a strategic problem
solver, able to operate effectively at all levels of the organization, and excited to
create tangible value for the organization.
Develop straightforward business cases or lead feasibility and assessment work
for proposed and current projects to support the development and continuous
review of business cases.
Design and Conceptualization
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and
services, leveraging data to drive original design ideas and decisions.
Data-driven Product and Service Improvement
Develop data-driven analyses to surface new opportunities to differentiate and
improve products and user experiences, ensuring consistency across digital
products, services, and channels.
Plan and manage the delivery of projects within an area of professional
expertise, using an appropriate project management methodology to give
assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.
Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or
emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or
usefulness to, the organization.
Business Requirements Identification
Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods such as
interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the
requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
Documentation and Back up
Create and maintain complex technical and/or user documentation to a high
standard and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.
Personal Capability Building
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development
planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or
maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve
performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant
technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing
education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (8 to 10 years)
Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (3 to 4 years)
