About the Role:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service with by assisting customers and helping them get what they want.
Providing responsive, exceptional service to deli counter customers by answering questions, making recommendations, providing samples, responding to requests, recommending, slicing, weighing, packaging, and pricing meats and cheeses.
Display the product as per the first in first out principle and ensure damaged or expired products are removed from the display area.
Ensure all price tags are accurate, updated, clean and easily visible along with the production and expiry date.
Ensuring that work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and floors, removing trash, and confirming that tools are in working order.
Participate in inventory and stock takes as and when required.
Maintain excellent standard of self-hygiene including proper and clean uniform / appearance.
