About the role:
Create, Maintain, and expand our online presence on marketplace/q-commerce platform
Driving sales and traffic on the platforms with effective conversion strategies.
Online store setup, content creation, data analysis, marketing, usage of in-platform tools, order management, and fulfillment.
Collaborate with eCommerce Partners to develop product ranges and work closely with the Brand team, Marketing team, and eCommerce team to ensure a successful Launch.
Research the market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
Proactively use data, information systems and metrics around commercials, brand, and Shopper trends to increase profit, market share, and sales.
Responsible for timely processing and responding to customers'/partner/store requirements or queries.
Oversee website uploads and landing pages development
Report on performance
Strong eCommerce Knowledge, highly analytical & familiar with Ecommerce Knowledge.
Effectively track & report consumer data, insights, and learnings
Take Ownership of Key customers & grow small accounts
Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG products & brands on top Marketplaces/Q-commerce
Advance excel knowledge (Power Query, VBA etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Handling Experience e-commerce platform- Noon, Amazon, Instashop, talabat etc.
