About the role

Support all data maintenance activities for Master Data, ensuring data is managed with the utmost quality and adherence to the governance framework

About the requirements

- Assist Lead/Specialist Data Stewards in all data management activities
- Resolve REVO tickets / perform all master data maintenance tasks in SAP within SLA's
- Sense check of data once created in the Master Data validation tool (SharePoint)
- Continuous communication with the data producers/consumers, if any incorrect/incomplete data is identified
- Serve as a liaison between departments for all data product-related inquiries and issues
- Provide updates and progress reports when requested
- Assist in developing and making improvements in governance processes and procedures
- Operational familiarity with SharePoint mapping technology, ensuring the smooth running of the article creation process
- Help solve any issues/bugs that may be raised (by end users) in conjunction with the IT department
- Support in the report generation activities for the department
- Maintain and update the monthly dashboard to monitor progress
- Assist in data cleansing activities as and when requested
- Maintain the SharePoint Authorization matrix

Functional/Technical Competencies

In-depth SAP Knowledge (MM Module)
Advanced Excel
Handling large data sets

Experience working within information management discipline and understanding of information management practices.

Educational Qualifications and Certificates

- A graduate information management or data governance qualification
- 2+ years’ experience working within Retail, FMCG, Health or Manufacturing industry specific to data management role
