Job Description:

• Marketing / A&P budget control, SharePoint updates and timely month-end expense provisions / tracking in SAP
• Issuance of weekly A&P spend tracker with open / pending document status and brand-wise reconciliations
• Preparing debit notes and receivables claims from third party principals / suppliers with supporting evidences
• Create fixed asset records, depreciation booking and fixed asset register with Excel workings reconciled to SAP data
• Posting accruals and adjustment entries in SAP and assist with MIS / management reporting at month-end closing
• Handle SAP ECC to SAP S4 ERP HANA transition and ensure new workflows with deliverables / outputs are setup
• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements, also ensure adherence to internal operational SOPs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Applicant should have at least 2-3 Years exposure of FMCG industry
• Should be a Graduate at least 
• Should have exposure of Receivables, Payables, Marketing/A&P budget control
• Must have exposure of SAP
