● Providing technical assistance and support to end-users in the form of troubleshooting, problem-solving and ensuring the efficient functioning of software to meet business needs
● Identifying and analyzing issues, defects, or errors in software applications and providing appropriate solutions.
● Conducting software testing and validation activities to ensure that applications meet specified requirements.
● Maintaining and updating knowledge of software applications and their technical architecture to support end-users effectively
● Developing and maintaining technical documentation related to software applications, including user manuals and support guides
● Maintain detailed records of support tickets and follow up till resolved
● Participating in the deployment and implementation of software applications, including assisting with user training and support.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, report and resolve application issues.
● Providing support during system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
● Gather user feedback and suggestions for improving applications
● Ensure applications adhere to company policies, industry standards , and compliance requirements such as data privacy and security regulations
● Travels to off-site locations on short notice as required for support. Be available for on-call support in case of critical issues or outages outside regular working hours
● Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
● Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
● Keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
● 2 to 4 years of experience in support marketplace order management system, B2C warehouse management system, Ecommerce platform, ie Vinculum eRetail, SAP
