About the role
Role of Position is to expand the base of business and ensure a strong presence in his assigned territory That is North America.
He / She will be responsible for managing team; Distributors; channels and general trade partners ensuring GMG foods growth in the territory.
Setting targets and ensuring Numeric and weighted coverage
Appointing business partners-White spaces
Achieving Top line targets. Both Secondary and Primary by successfully spearheading distributors and implementing in-house activations
Design and implement business plan for territory.
Initiate and activate Instore activate plans.
Manage distributors and address their day to day needs.
Do forecasting in coordination with Trade marketing.
Identify growth opportunities in assigned territory.
Manage stock reports by category.
Should be able to negotiate contracts with key accounts.
Well versed in Channel complexities
Should be able to ensure Pricing strategies are implemented.
Well Versed in 4 Ps and how to develop Pricing pipelines.
Business degree with 10 years Experience in Sales management; Distributor management and business development.
Should be able to manage green field project.
