About the role
As a Manager - E-Commerce (Brand.com), the primary objective will be to drive the growth and success of our e-commerce business, ensuring their alignment with our overall digital strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, technology, and finance, to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Responsibilities:
● Manage the P&L of the Brand website
● Strategy and Planning - Define goals, KPIs, and metrics to achieve the Annual targets for business
● Content strategy - Create content with brand ethos in mind both on website as well as on other media
● Sales and Analysis - Use data to analyze the performance and take decisions based on data
● Cross functional collaboration - work with digital marketing, finance, CS, Tech, Buying teams
● Road map - Work with Tech to develop a digital road map for next 2 years to enhance customer experience
About the requirements
● Masters degree in Business, E-Commerce, Retail or related fields
● 6 - 10 years of experience in the e-commerce industry with fashion brands, multi brand fashion website etc.
● Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Content, Social media management. And, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics & email marketing platform
● Good with data and numbers, understands Digital Marketing, understands Content management, worked on Magento, Salesforce or similar platform
