Leasing Administrator
About the role
You will actively drive the Leasing Admin and Management tasks and support in the Leasing activities. To assist in information management (migration into web-based software, filing, business case information gathering, etc) and assist in leasing activities such as lease tracking activities (renewal, expiry, new, closure, etc)
Core Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on portfolio management including budgeting and asset management plans
- Assist and coordinating in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual report for tracking the Renewal and Re-imaging of stores.
- Drive and execute the seamless transition from manual to web-based “Lease Data Management System”
- To drive and ensure accurate administration and record keeping of all Tenancies and Leases
- To support in Leasing activities, eg. the raising of Bank Guarantee, Deposit Payments, Business Case information
Job Requirements:
- Certificate / Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or its equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
- Legal Understanding
- Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Market Knowledge
- Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with stakeholders across various business units, countries and cultures.
- Resourceful, strong initiative, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment
- Written and spoken English is essential
