WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Store Design & Aesthetics: Create and enhance in-store layouts and decorative setups that make the store inviting and visually appealing. This includes selecting and arranging furniture, artwork, and accessories to craft cohesive displays or “vignettes” that inspire customers. Continuously update and refine the store’s decoration (e.g. wall decor, rugs, lighting, floral arrangements) to keep the ambiance fresh and on-trend.
• Visual Merchandising Collaboration: Ensure that product displays, color schemes, and signage all align with the brand’s style guidelines and seasonal themes.
  Product Selection & Coordination: Coordinate with the Area Manager for Buying and merchandise planners to provide input on product selection.
• Customer Consultations: Engage with customers as a design consultant, either on the sales floor or in scheduled appointments. Provide professional interior design advice and style recommendations.
• Planning & Execution: Assist in planning store layout changes and seasonal resets.
• Create design plans, mood boards, and 2D/3D renderings of proposed store layouts or special displays to help visualize changes before implementation.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with other teams as required.
• Maintenance of Visual Standards: Regularly check the showroom to ensure all areas meet the company’s visual standards.
