• Baker

As a Baker Associate, you will follow a systematic process to prepare baked goods. You will need to check the production plan, ensure ingredient availability, and set machine controls for mixing or cooking. Precise measurement of ingredients is essential for preparing dough, batters, and fillings. You should also maintain accurate price tags, production, and expiry dates, follow strict hygiene standards, including proper uniforms for a safe work environment.

• Butcher 

As a Butcher Associate you will be handling key butchery tasks, including cutting and preparing meat per customer specifications, ensuring portion accuracy and quality. You will display products attractively, rotate stock for freshness, and inspect meat for quality and proper labeling. Customer service is essential, assisting with selections, cooking advice, and order fulfillment. You should maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and properly handle equipment, monitor inventory levels, reporting shortages or excess for efficient management.

• Counter Server (Cheese & Deli)

As a Counter Server Associate, you will provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and fulfilling requests. You expertly slice, weigh, package, and price meats and cheeses while maintaining professionalism. Following the first-in, first-out method, you arrange displays and remove expired items to ensure quality. You keep price tags accurate and visible and maintain a clean, organized workspace by routinely cleaning surfaces, equipment, and floors. Additionally, you assist with inventory management and uphold strict hygiene standards, including proper uniform attire, to ensure top-tier service.

• Fishmonger

As a Fishmonger Associate, you are responsible for cleaning, cutting, filleting, trimming, and preparing various fish cuts to meet customer specifications while ensuring portion accuracy and quality standards. You display seafood products attractively, monitor stock rotation for freshness, and inspect products for quality and proper labeling, discarding any expired items. Providing excellent customer service, you assist with selections, offer cooking recommendations, and fulfill orders promptly. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the fishery section is essential, following safety protocols for handling knives and equipment. You also monitor inventory levels, reporting shortages or excess for efficient stock management.

• Stocker (Fruits & Vegetable)

As a Stocker (Fruits & Vegetable), you will provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries and purchases to enhance sales. Before store opening, you prepare your section, ensuring cleanliness and an inviting display. Following FIFO principles, you arrange products prominently and remove damaged or expired items. You coordinate with the warehouse for steady stock replenishment and maintain proper hygiene and uniform standards. Additionally, you record waste and damaged goods for accurate stock management and pricing.
