We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource (Recruitment) Intern to join our team in Malaysia. As an intern, you will support the recruitment team in various aspects of the hiring process and gain valuable insights into talent acquisition and HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting: Draft and publish job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company platforms.
- Sourcing Candidates: Use various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communication: Assist in communicating with candidates, providing updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Documentation: Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding materials, and other HR documentation.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment reports and metrics.
What You’ll Bring:
- Undergraduate student in Human Resources or any related field.
- Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months (Preferably for candidates available to start in April)
- Strong desire to learn with a sense of ownership.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to travel (within Malaysia).
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
