WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s customer base.
- Collaborate with senior management to set targets and align business development efforts with overall company strategy.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts to secure new business deals and partnerships, while ensuring that these are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development progress and outcomes.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, finance, and marketing team.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management.
WHAT WE NEED:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, wholesale sales, or a related field within the home or furniture industry in the UAE.
