About the Role
Brand Development & Identity Building
- Support the creation of new brands and sub-brands from concept to launch.
- Assist in defining brand positioning, purpose, personality, and tone of voice.
- Contribute to the development of brand architecture and identity foundations.
- Ensure strategic clarity is translated into consistent brand expression.
Brand Storytelling & Narrative Creation
- Translate strategic direction into brand stories, manifestos, and messaging frameworks.
- Support brand launch storytelling and campaign narratives.
- Develop messaging pillars aligned to brand positioning.
- Ensure storytelling consistency across decks and brand materials.
Creative Ideation & Concept Development
- Contribute to ideation for brand launches, campaigns, and collaborations.
- Develop mood boards, visual territories, and concept explorations.
- Support the translation of strategy into creative platforms.
- Support the development of full brand books, including brand story & manifesto, tone of voice, visual identity systems, messaging frameworks, brand application guidelines, ensure consistency of brand expression across all touchpoints.
- Build high-quality keynote presentations for brand and strategy initiatives.
- Translate complex thinking into visually compelling storytelling, support leadership decks, launch decks, and strategic narratives.
Commercial & Business Understanding
- Build foundational understanding of how brand strategy drives growth. Support product storytelling and category narratives.
- Assist in aligning brand positioning with consumer and market opportunities.
- Contribute to commercially relevant brand initiatives.
