About the Role:

In the role of Helper within GMG's Everyday Goods division, assists in supporting van sales activities within the Pre-Sales (Egg Division) sector. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for loading, unloading, and organizing goods for delivery, ensuring the accurate handling of products. This role is vital to maintaining efficient logistics operations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring that GMG's products are ready for timely distribution to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading goods, prepare them for delivery to clients.

• Ensure that products are handled with care to prevent damage and that items are organized systematically to facilitate smooth delivery operations.

• Collaborate with sales staff to ensure correct quantities are loaded according to order specifications.

• Help in maintaining cleanliness and organization in loading areas, ensuring that all equipment, such as pallets and carts, is in proper working order.

• Assist the sales executive, during the deliveries, in verifying product counts and ensures that goods are delivered accurately according to client requests.

• Report any issues encountered during loading, unloading, or delivery to the Sales Executive, ensuring transparency and accountability in delivery processes.
