Identify and analyse training needs of all staff (full timers, part-timers and interns) in GMG Sports PTE. LTD.
Discuss challenges and plan solutions with team to improve sales KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
Coordinate appropriate training and development programs for the Company based on recognized training needs. From new hire orientation, customer service training, on the job skills-based training, supervisory skills training, refresher course, health & safety training etc.
Distribute monthly training calendar for Product and Service. Follow up using trackers and observation tools to ensure execution.
Ensure training materials are up to date for all positions on the retail floor.
Coordinate with Training Manager on team developmental plans base on regular store visits and observation to be done.
Undertake any other ad hoc projects/tasks in relation to your job scope as delegated by the training manager.
80% of this job will require you to move around different Nike stores and 20% at the GMG Sports PTE. LTD Head Office as coordinated to your manager.
