Brand Trainer
Main duties and responsibilities
- Identify and analyse training needs of all staff (full timers, part-timers and interns) in GMG Sports PTE. LTD.
- Discuss challenges and plan solutions with team to improve sales KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
- Coordinate appropriate training and development programs for the Company based on recognized training needs. From new hire orientation, customer service training, on the job skills-based training, supervisory skills training, refresher course, health & safety training etc.
- Distribute monthly training calendar for Product and Service. Follow up using trackers and observation tools to ensure execution.
- Ensure training materials are up to date for all positions on the retail floor.
- Coordinate with Training Manager on team developmental plans base on regular store visits and observation to be done.
- Undertake any other ad hoc projects/tasks in relation to your job scope as delegated by the training manager.
- 80% of this job will require you to move around different Nike stores and 20% at the GMG Sports PTE. LTD Head Office as coordinated to your manager.
Requirements
- 3 Cs – Creative, Cooperative and Confident
- Good presenting & storytelling skill
- Proficient in MS Office 360 software
- Able to work independently and has good time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage team, employees, and external stakeholders at various levels
- Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere application proficiency not essential but an advantage
