About the role:
The Senior Manager - Administration will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the organization. This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the office, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies. The Senior Manager will lead the administration team, manage budgets, and ensure high standards of service delivery, aligning administrative processes with the overall business objectives.

- Billings - Telephone & Water electricity
- Vehicle - Maintenance / fuel reimbursement.
- All AMC/ Housekeeping.
- HO Building Operations.
Team Management:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the administration team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Performance Management: Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback to team members to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional growth and development within the team. Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive change.
