The role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Merchandiser for E-Commerce who will support to drive growth in sales and profitability for our E-Commerce site(s).
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain onsite trading and CRM calendars based on overall brand campaign calendar
• Liaise with relevant teams (buying & merchandising, principal brand etc) to ensure campaign readiness across product and content
• Create and follow through on content and newsletter briefs
• Ensure product pricing is updated and maintained correctly
• Brief / create promotions as directed
• Report and analyse relevant performance KPIs on weekly basis, defining action items as output
• Maximise product findability and onsite experience working on navigation, search and VM where feasible
• Identify and raise bugs onsite, following through to resolution
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Analytics, E-Commerce, Business or any related field
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in E-Commerce related role
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Retail / FMCG industry experience preferred
• High English proficiency and Chinese language knowledge would be an advantage
• Analytical competency to interpret data, generate insights and make data driven decisions
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and specifically, Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.)
